I bought my first PV system in 2018 Advice and sales by Mr. Berg Jürgen very competent advice also the completion was very fast and smooth, I bought my second system with solar power storage in 2023 just as perfect advice from Mr. Berg Jürgen Thanks again System runs perfectly 👍

Our two managing directors complement each other perfectly. I really enjoy working for Enerix Weser Ems and have the feeling that my work is valued. Praise from customers as well as the satisfaction of my employers is passed on directly and one does not have the feeling of being just one of many. Criticism and ideas for improvement on both sides are discussed in team meetings as needed. This gives everyone the opportunity to actively contribute. Flat hierarchies are maintained and a sympathetic ear is always available. Overtime is reduced in a timely manner. In addition, attention is paid to the work-life balance so that you can combine work and family well. On the whole, it's a cool team that complements each other well.

Unexpected Surprised!

I have been in the working world for a long time and have met many employers and more than appreciate what Enerix offers its employees.

1. balancing family and work is a bigger hurdle and Enerix definitely manages that. (Let me surprise you - positively.

2. there is celebration but also concentrated and highly professional work.

3. the salary is excellent.

4. just be who you are - accepted and supported.

5. the training courses are - top - prepared and you will be part of the Enerix team.

The training for employees in Regensburg was very well organized. The material to be learned was varied, interesting and manageable even for beginners. Team spirit was not just pretended here, but lived. The catering was very good. All in all, enerix can be recommended as an employer.
