five-star Google reviews. Every job is quoted as a fixed, written figure before work begins, that figure is what you pay, and there is no call-out fee in business hours; after-hours loadings are quoted first. The team handles blocked drains, blocked sewers and stormwater drains, backed by CCTV drain inspections, drain jetting, tree root removal and no-dig pipe relining. Hot water repair and replacement covers electric, gas, solar and heat pump systems, with a temporary tank while a replacement is organised. Licensed gasfitters do gas fitting, gas appliance installation and gas leak detection, and water leak detection, emergency plumbing, gutter guards and commercial plumbing are available. Strata and real estate plumbing includes tenant access arranged and photo invoices for the owner or agent. Phones are answered by the team 24/7, 365 days a year, with same-day service where the schedule allows. Every job carries our 365-day warranty on all work. If something we did isn't right, ring the same number. Gateshead West was built by the Housing Commission in the mid-1960s and sewered as one project, so its earthenware joints wear out together as sixty-year-old trees reach into them and reactive clay strains the old galvanised pipes. We also cover Charlestown, Whitebridge, Dudley, Redhead, Bennetts Green and Windale. Ring or send the form.
